I’ve bought LOTS of Ruggable rugs…indoor, outdoor, mats, everything, and I love them! It always amazes me how well my white rug in our living room washes out after my family with 3 young kids destroys it! We also have the levity table and 6 chairs and it is also very impressive.

Fabulous rugs and great company

Easy to order.  Ships fast.  Love these rugs.  We now have several.  With five rescues (4 seniors), these rugs save me a lot of time (easy to wash and dry), and money (no professionals cleaning bills).

Saves time and money!

I just love these rugs! I just ordered my 6th one. I love how easy they are to take care of. I love how durable they are. We have one in our RV and it gets so abused and I just throw it in the washer and it looks like the day I bought it. If I had one complaint, it’s that once you get to a larger size rug it gets hard to get it on the pad without wrinkles. You have to work with it for a minute. Much easier with two people. Highly recommend these rugs!

I just love these rugs

I love my rugs!  I am slowly replacing all my area rugs in my house with Ruggable rugs.  I was nervous when I purchased my first one that they would start to curl at the edges after I washed them the first time.  They have now been washed 4 times over the last year (I have three dogs) and not a curl in sight.  I highly recommend these rugs.

All of my Ruggables are gorgeous and high quality! I have 4 cats who like to puke on the rugs versus hardwood, a baby and a husband (aka another baby) and its nice knowing I can wash my rugs at anytime! LOVE RUGGABLE!

Ruggable = Amazing

We have between 9-11 rugs now. I change all of ours out seasonally and we love them. We have three dogs and a four year old and even our oldest rugs look nearly brand new. I wash them 1-2x/month and the colors are still vibrant! 

We’ve only had two times we’ve had issues and Ruggable fixed them both times. Once I got the corner of a rug stuck in the vacuum and it tore the edging and they sent me a replacement! The other time I got two of the same rug rather than two different ones and they sent me the right one and didn’t ask me to return my duplicate! 

We will always get more Ruggable rugs! The new padding and designs just keep getting better and better!

Best Rugs for Pets and Kids

We have dogs AND clean rugs-wow!! Our newest addition is the fantastic Iris Apfel Feathered Friends 8’x10’ rug and we love it!! We continue to add Ruggable rugs to our home because the styles are so great and of course we can wash them. Our oldest rug is 3 years, and after several washings and daily vacuuming it still looks new. We have five 8’x10’ area rugs and just ordered a 3’x5’ for our entryway. Needless to say we love Ruggable rugs!!

The clarity on the website.  The photo of the rugs.  The fact that I can clean them in my home with a washing machine at anytime.  The multitude of design options.  My background is rugs and furniture and I highly recommend Ruggables if you are a parent to an animal or child.  Have allergies or asthma then choose a rug that can be washed in your home.

The most recent purchase was a terrible almost traumatic event. The company didn’t deliver as promised, communicating with the company is arduous considering there are no phone numbers to call and speak to a live person and the back and forth email communications was patronizing at best. The rugs are almost inferior quality at an average price point. I am definitely going back to pottery barn where customer satisfaction is high on their priority list. Regretfully I did business with this wishy washy company and suggest that people shop elsewhere like home goods or pottery barn, even Amazon. It’s just not worth the aggravation trying to return or exchange an item with this company. It’s not likely that they would be around much longer at this rate. Stay away unless you like aggravation and unnecessary anxiety!!!

Ruggables definitely live up to the claims.  I have 2 dogs.  Keeping conventional rugs clean is a stressful nightmare.  I was nervous about washing my first ruggable but it came out perfect.  Just ordered another for my bedroom.  Will never buy a conventional rug again.

These rugs are the BEST ever!  I have older dogs that are staring to have accidents.  The fact these rugs are machine washable has saved me hundreds of dollars!!  I love the designs too - big variety to choose from.  I recommend these to anyone - especially pet owners.

Rugs are good, but overpriced.  Customer service is nearly non-existent. You can expect them to take your money (and lots of it) right away, but then there’s no follow up and it’s extremely difficult to find out the status of your order.  Both the website and the app run you through a labyrinthine series of logins and account creation and there’s no help to be found.  They don’t publish a phone number on their website and when you finally figure out a number to call, they’re only open a couple of hours on weekdays. When you call that number they never answer. Be wary of this company as they don’t seem to have their act together.  I’d be surprised if they’re still around in another year.

Customer service doesn’t exist.

I am filling my house with Ruggables.   I can always find the perfect design and size for each location. 
I have multiple dogs of varying ages so I’m thrilled that when a rug gets soiled, I can peel it up and throw it in the washing machine and in no time I can put it back knowing it’s clean. 
I’m now buying 2 rugs for the bedroom to put on each side of the bed because it was too difficult to remove and re-lay the larger single  rug.

I am filling my house with Ruggables

The nonslip doormat that is supposed to drain water away from it ALWAYS remains wet. Because of this, it slips so badly that my husband just slipped down our 3 front cement steps on top of the doormat (it also went to the bottom of the steps). It is NOT non-slip. In fact, it is VERY slippery. It also does NOT drain water away. Otherwise, I think the top part being able to be changed out is such a great idea and I love the colors and how they don't fade. But the rubber part of the mat clearly needs a redesign
